Isokrates aus dem Demos<lb n="3"/>Kephale<hi rend="sup">VII</hi> Sekretär war; im Skirophorion am alten und<lb n="4"/>neuen, dem einunddreißigsten (Tag) der Prytanie;<lb n="5"/>Volksversammlung; von den Vorsitzenden leitete die Abstimmung Kephisok- -<lb n="6"/>S.d. - - - aus dem Demos - - - und seine Mitvorsitzenden. Phil-<lb n="7"/>ippos S.d. Astygenes aus dem Demos Thymaitadai stellte den Antrag: Worüber<lb n="8"/>Bericht erstatten die Prytanen der Oineïs, nämlich über die<lb n="9"/>Opfer, die sie opferten vor den Volksversammlungen den Göttern, denen<lb n="10"/>es traditionell Brauch war, zu Glück und Heil!, wolle beschließen das Volk: dass<lb n="11"/>man das Gute billige, das nach ihren Worten geschehen ist bei den<lb n="12"/>Opfern, die sie geopfert haben für das Heil und die Rettung des Rates<lb n="13"/>und des Volkes und aller, die wohlwollend gegenüber dem<lb n="14"/>Volk sind; – Da aber die Prytanen die ihnen zukommenden<lb n="15"/>Opfer geopfert haben in guter und ehrgeiziger Weise; sie auch<lb n="16"/>Sorge getragen haben für alles andere, was ihnen die die Gesetze<lb n="17"/>verordneten und die Beschlüsse des Volkes - - -<lb/>- - -</ab></div><div type="translation" xml:lang="EN" resp="Sean G. Of the presiding committee Kephisokles son of - - -<lb n="6"/>of - - - was putting to the vote and his fellow presiding committee members.<lb n="7"/>Philippos son of Astygenes of Thymaitadai proposed: concerning the report<lb n="8"/>of the prytany of Oineis on the sacrifices<lb n="9"/>they performed before the Assemblies to the gods for whom<lb n="10"/>it is traditional, for good fortune, the People decided: to<lb n="11"/>accept the good things they say occurred in the sacrifices<lb n="12"/>that they made for the health and preservation of the Council<lb n="13"/>and the People and the others who are well disposed to the<lb n="14"/>People; and since the prytany performed the appropriate<lb n="15"/>sacrifices well and with love of honour, and managed<lb n="16"/>everything else that the laws and<lb n="17"/>decrees of the People prescribed for them - - -<lb/>- - -</ab></div>
